Leorio has worked with plenty of FBI agents before, but something about this one leaves him dropping mortuary equipment and fumbling for words. They grow closer when Kurapika assigns Leorio as his personal consultant - which makes one wonder; is the FBI agent’s reasons for teaming up like this really just work related?
Here I drew a scenario where Leorio is needed in the interrogation room. When Kurapika tells Leorio that 1. it doesn’t work like that, and 2. Leorio would make a far better good cop, the man blushes so hard it could be diagnosed as a fever (trust him, he’s a doctor).

my favorite thing abt leopika is that leorio looks like a massive delinquent but is actually one of the sweetest people alive and kurapika looks like a nice sweet boy but is actually a massive delinquent
