Ichiro, jiro, saburo, rio, gentaro are what they use on the official site

So following the pattern of おう -> “o”, itd probably be better to translate it as matenro, right? Not matenrou?

I do see on some sites the names and titles are romanized like “matenrō” with the long accent over the extended vowels… But idk how to do that on either my phone or computer, I have to copy and paste the letter lol
